ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Technology is changing people’s lives daily and the new digitization age is rapidly revolutionizing our world. Are these new 4th industrial technology solutions even still applicable to South Africa or Africa in general and how does that relate to the Quality infrastructure of the country? The National Metrology Institute of South Africa (NMISA) will attempt to provide more insight into the 4th industrial revolution components that link to the quality infrastructure at this one day Conference, organised in preparation for the implementation of the revised International System of Units (SI) on 20 May 2019.
